Cohesion, Confidence (Trust) and Connection are as important to everything as communication, contribution and collaboration. Given the uniqueness of each team, it is important to build appropriate competencies to understand the essentials in terms of cohesion, confidence (trust) and connection, but also to adapt these essentials to your team. This module helps team members at different levels:
