Module 1: DEIB - Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging
Stimulating diversity, equity and inclusion promotes the attraction of talent within work teams while strengthening the sense of belonging helps to retain and optimize talent. The implementation of the DEIB is a driver of well-being, performance and productivity. This training aims to raise participants' awareness on matters related to the stakes, challenges, consequences and implementation strategies or threats specific to the DEIB. The objectives of this training are multiple:

Reinvigorate morale, employee well-being

Create a healthy work environment where people from different backgrounds, experiences, perspectives and talents can work together productively

Module 2: CCS: Cultural Competence and Sensitivity
Today, and more than ever, it is fundamental to acquire springs in cultural competence and sensitivity. Sensitivity and Cultural Competence training provides participants with the tools and skills they need to understand, apply, work, thrive in different cultural contexts. This training includes topics such as values, attitudes, intercultural communication styles, intercultural management skills, business strategies, personnel management and operations in complex environments. This training aims to raise participants' awareness on issues related to challenges, consequences and implementation strategies or threats specific to cultural competence and sensitivity. The objectives of this training are multiple:
